004 - Psychiatrist

This comic features Dylan Whitley's attempt at being the Psychiatrist in the appropriately-titled party game Psychiatrist. How the game works is as I described in the comic, and needless to say Dylan absolutely butches the first question. So many jokes can be written from this game.

003 - Earth's Mightiest Heros?

I know it's a lame joke, but I had to. I loved the movie, and although Clint Barton/Hawkeye is one of the characters in the Marvel Universe I really like, but I heard the complaint "how can he be on the Avengers with the Hulk, Iron Man and Thor when he's just a normal guy" over and over. So, I decided to spoof it in this weeks comic.

Interestingly, this was the first comic I drew, but I wanted to do some featuring the people I know first before I posted this one. I do want to make parody comics every once and a while, but I'm going to keep the main bulk of the comics on my escapades with my friends.

002 - Helplessness Blues

Like usual, click to enlarge. The second strip, featuring Todd Isackson & Paul Dugaro. This is more a spoof of Paul, and anyone who knows him is sure to get what I'm poking fun at. Also, Todd's tie changes because he is practically infamous for buying ties a lot.

Below is the original joke I had for the strip. This one was based off what Paul said to Todd at a service group. Yes, he actually said that.
On this site, I will post extra stuff every week (alternate strips / sketches / pencilled versions / extra strips) that won't be posted on Facebook, and I'll post them on here on Mondays, and on Facebook on Tuesdays.

001 - First Things First

The intro strip. Click on the image to enlarge.

I decided to make a webcomic. I've always liked comics, always wanted to draw one, and I know how to draw one, so why not, right? Anyway, I wasn't sure if people would like them, and I didn't know if I'd even continue them on past the first strip.

Contrary to my expectations, I got an overwhelmingly positive response to my first comic, so I decided I'd dish some out every week.

For those of you who don't know everyone featured in the strip, or can't figure out who they are, I'll give you some help. Obviously, I'm the character in the first panel & I reappear in the centre of the last one wearing a Beastie Boys shirt. The second panel features Amber Kozoroski, whose height I exaggerated, and Chris Cabanas, whose height I also exaggerated (in a different way.) It may be a little hard to tell, but Chris is wearing an "Insanity" T-Shirt and the word "P90X" is on his jacket.

The second panel has Emmanuel Gonzalez with the trademark chest hair and guitar, and as Rhea Singh calls it, "creeper stache". To his right is Kalvin Kozoroski going on about another band no ones ever heard of.

The final panel, moving left to right, features Renessa Busby, Ryland Morris, Lisa Lundeen, Mariah Ventress, myself, Jackson Dougall, Carson Dougall, Logan Anderson, Jenna Gosselin and Spencer Schmidt. And so marks the debut of the "Debaser" comic!
